The Samasti approach
Most trainings teach shapes. We teach the whole of it: the body, the nervous system, and the tradition behind the practice, so what you learn reaches the places movement alone cannot.
It is the difference between performing yoga and understanding it.
Read our philosophy →The body as it truly moves. Anatomy taught by a registered physiotherapist, on your own body, so every practice is safe, intelligent and built to last.
The practice from the inside out. Learning to feel the body from within, to read the nervous system, and to hold emotional safety, for yourself and your students.
Philosophy, breath and meditation, carried through lineage. Depth you can only pass on once you have lived it, because to share it is yoga too.
Who you will learn from
“Your body already knows. You were never taught to listen.”
Sean Goldberg is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher who founded Samasti to teach clinical movement science and traditional practice as one, rather than two separate worlds. He still leads on the mat at every training.
