This training is a highly practical training to give you the tools to deepen your meditation and help calm your mind.
We will present both ancient and modern techniques coming from Tantra, Yoga, Sufism, Buddhism and more.
The course will be run live over 2 months and you will have access to the material so you can choose to move at your own pace.

60-90 minute modules covering the theory and application of various techniques
